My First Wednesday on the Farm

This was my 8th Bonnaroo and my first time camping since 2011. The past 3 years I had stayed in an overpriced 2 star in Tullahoma. Given that storms were originally forecasted for Bonnaroo I was very nervous about returning to camping. Luckily it wasn’t quite the Mud-A-Roo I feared. Actually I thought the weather was comfortable for the most part until Sunday.
My Roo-Mates were Kayla of Roam Free Collective and her husband, Daniel. We were on the farm by Wednesday afternoon. Bonnaroo always unofficially opens the gates before the official time of 8:00pm on Wednesday.  This was my first time being there before Thursday afternoon. I enjoyed it. It was nice not having to stress about getting camp set up before the meet-ups and music start.
Wednesday night Kayla and I met up with some InfoRoosters at the most beautiful arch Bonnaroo has ever seen and we enjoyed a little sing-a-long.

I officially joined InfoRoo the other night. Yay! My username is ConcertHopper. Holla at ya girl! I’m looking forward to the opportunity to bond with Bonnaroovians all year long and to network. If you haven’t joined yet wander over and do it right meow!

When did you get to the farm?
