Speak Up for Chattanooga’s Nightlife #SoundSupportCHA

Did you know Chattanooga, Tennessee has one of the quietest sound ordinances in the country?

It’s been crazy busy week of working, a little bit of concert hopping (I saw Hank 3 Tuesday) and getting ready for Forecastle, but I had to take some time to inform you guys about this. It greatly effects the future of the nightlife scene of my beloved, Chattanooga. Which in turn could have an impact on ConcertHopper.com. Chattanooga is making great strides in having a vibrant music scene, but the current ordinance will stifle its growth. We need all area concert hoppers to make their voices heard on this issue before it starts to hinder our nightlife.

About Taryn Balwinski

Taryn Balwinski is the boss lady of ConcertHopper.com. She lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee and loves it. When she isn’t concert hopping, street teaming, or blogging, Taryn works full-time in Administrative Support for the non-profit mentioned in that Macklemore song. She also finds time to eat spicy food and sleep. You can find her up against the rail or on the ADA platform during the show. Yoko Ono’s “Bad Dancer” is her theme song. She started the site as a music themed personal blog, but soon decided the project would be more fun with friends.
