Vans Warped Tour is one of the most iconic traveling rock shows that comes back every single summer around the United States since 1995. This year the Vans Warped Tour is featuring Rewind at Sea which is bringing a nostalgic feel to the festival from October 28th- November 4th. Vans Warped tour was created by Kevin Lyman, who focused mostly on alternative rock music, and eventually it was transformed into what it is today. The only downfall of this festival is it’s only in town for a single day, which makes it extremely hard to see some of the artists you have been waiting to see for ages.
This year at Vans Warped Tour held at Darien Center, NY had fans worried whether or not the show would go on due to the amount of rain that came through. Everyone that is involved with Warped Tour and that worked for Darien Center helped to clean up the water, set up stages to make sure that the show must go on. After the doors opened everyone ran over to grab a schedule to see what times their favorite bands were playing. All the fans were belting out the words to each band set after set from Neck Deep, The Acacia Strain to Attila and Watsky.
The Bands I photographed at this years Vans Warped Tour includes: After The Burial, Andy Black, Beartooth, Blessthefall, Dance Gavin Dance, Hands Like Houses, Hawthorne Heights, Hundredth, IPrevail, Memphis May Fire, Neck Deep, New Years Day, Silent Planet, Silverstein, and The Acacia Strain
