Shaky Beats Music Festival in Atlanta, Georgia has concluded their fourth year of neck-breaking beats and attendees have been left craving for announcements for the upcoming festival in 2020. In between the neck-breaking and face-melting beats, attendees have the opportunity to dive into a diverse food court that sprawls out between the two main stages. Shaky Beats Music Festival boasts a large food court onsite that features a variety of vendors that have made a name for themselves slinging craft food and beverages at music festivals across the nation. As Shaky Beats Music Festival has grown over the years and their food court has expanded, we have had the pleasure to sample our way around Shaky Beats. These are the Top Five Food Vendors from Shaky Beats 2019:

Island Noodles at Shaky Beats Music Festival 2019

1. ISLAND NOODLES - 4.89 - Island Noodles are a sought after food vendor in the festival community. If there is an Island Noodles tent, you will know from the five mile line of eager customers in front of it! Island Noodles are based out of Atlanta and have been serving up Hawaiin style yaki-soba noodles throughout the nation across a variety of music festivals. They utilize the hi-protein wheat noodles that are traditionally used in Hawaii - they then stir-fry the noodles with fresh garlic, ginger, and a medley of locally sourced veggies. They toss their veggie and noodle medley in a secret island sauce and the outcome is a beautiful crafted cup of stir fried happiness. Their creation is vegetarian friendly unless you ask for teriyaki chicken to top your cup of noodles. This is a food vendor you never want to miss out on.

2.HUMPTY’S DUMPLINGS - 4.75 - Humpty’s Dumplings is staple for bonnaroovians making their way through the festival circuit this summer. They have been named the Number One Place to Eat at Bonnaroo by Rolling Stone Magazine - so you know these dumplings pack a punch when it comes to flavor! These bite-sized delicacies come in several different flavors from Philly Cheese Steak to Buffalo Chicken and even Strawberry Cheesecake. While onsite of Shaky Beats, we had the opportunity to chow down on some Buffalo Chicken & Philly Cheesesteak dumplings. They are the perfect bite-sized snack for attendees who need someone quick and easy in between sets. They even have a sign displayed claiming they serve “Deep Fried Orgasms” - and we can confirm they in fact serve deep fried orgasms.

3. WONTON TACOS - 4.56 - Wonton Tacos are a cripsy, delicious creation fusing together the best parts of Chinese food with Mexican Food. The crafty chefs at Wonton Tacos have taken a crispy, fried Wonton and made taco shells out of them. Their Wonton Tacos come in a variety of flavor combinations. At Shaky Beats 2019, we had the opportunity to devour a set of their Cheesy Chicken Tacos. Their Cheesy Chicken Tacos were comprised of the Wonton shell, shredded chicken with a cheesy, Chipotle sauce, and fresh pico de gallo on top. The flavor combination was out of this world - the Wonton is so light and crispy it perfectly compliments the cheesy chicken medley that it holds.

4.BEAR CLAW COFFEE COMPANY - 4.45 - Bear Claw Coffee Company started in a log cabin in a Michigan cornfield and from there they became the festival family’s favorite spot for a refreshing smoothie or a fresh brewed cup of coffee. They are leading the race in mobile coffee catering and they have made a name for themselves throughout the nation by touring some of the most popular music and arts festivals. We had the opportunity to try their peach smoothie and it tasted like a fresh Georgia grown peach right off the tree. Their smoothies are light and refreshing for someone who’s trekking to their next set.

5. PIZZA NOVA - 4.3 - Pizza Nova has become a staple for festival family across the nation. Hell, you may have possibly attended one of Roochute’s infamous pizza parties at Bonnaroo courtesy of Pizza Nova! Pizza Nova tours the festival circuit slinging slices of their delicious pies across the nation. They offer a variety of slices for an insanely reasonable price around $6 per slice. For the hungriest of festy familes , they will even let you grab a whole pie (or 6 if you’re Roochute family) and take it back to your friends. A good rule of thumb to live by at festival is - “Any friend who returns with Pizza Nova automatically becomes the captain of the entire trip.” It’s true. Don’t believe us? Try it!
