The Brainquility Music and Arts Festival 2019 Music line up.

.Grilled Cheese Incident - 4.8 - The Grilled Cheese Incident has almost become a staple at festivals hosted on Suwanee grounds. Their crafty creations with cheese take the whole idea of a grilled cheese to the next level. I had the opportunity to chow down on a Mac Daddy with a side of Space Juice. Their Mac Daddy features a six cheese mac and cheese with caramelized red onions and smoked gouda while their Space Juice is a fresh squeezed lemonade with honey, blueberries and beet juice. Their Space Juice is insanely refreshing and we highly recommend stopping by their booth to grab a cup next time you see them at a festival!

.Coffee Shack - 4.5 - The coffee shack is the number one place to be for the early birds that are up and adventuring around the campgrounds before noon. They also have treats and drinks available for those who may not be fond of coffee. Personally, I became a huge fan of their iced coffees during Brainquility and I highly recommend stopping by their booth for anyone craving a cup of coffee when they wake up.

.Spontaneous Consumption - 4.3 - Spontaneous Consumption came in with some Southern inspired favorites like BBQ stuffed potatoes and peach sweet tea. They did not disappoint by any means. Let’s just say my BBQ Stuffed Potato was gone before I could snap a photo. The Peach Sweet Tea was a little on the diabetes side of sweet, but being from Tennessee that is honestly how I like sweet tea. However, it paired wonderfully with the BBQ Potato as the savory would cancel out the sweet. This had to be the most filling meal that I was able to eat all weekend and I would not hesitate to eat at their truck again should I see them at another festival.

.Smoothie Operator - 3.9 - Smoothie Operator came in clutch for a photographer who is very hungry, but doesn’t have time to sit down and eat a meal. I had the opportunity to try their Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie - which I was skeptical about at first as it included avocado - but holy smoothie Batman it was delicious. This smoothie made me completely rethink the way I look at avocados (I personally think they taste like wet grass). The bright and vibrant taste of the blueberries overpowered many of the other ingredients in the mix , and the almond milk mixed with coconut brought out a cheesecake after taste. The smoothies were not only affordable, but also a very filling and quick snack in between sets.

.On a Roll Catering - 3.8 - On a Roll Catering has made a few trips to Spirit of Suwannee Music Park and I have never had an opportunity to taste their offerings. I was more than excited to finally have a chance to grab one of their rice bowls. The bowl was stuffed with white rice, chicken, pico de gallo, and cilantro. This was a bit on the lighter side of meals available onsite, but it was definitely worth the money. I have my eye on their queso fries and barbecue chicken tacos next time I see them at a festival.
