Brainquility Returns in 2019
Brainquility has announced its return in 2019 and will be bringing the funky fun to Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida. Brainquility debuted on April 21 of 2018 in Safety Harbor, Florida and boasted a funky line up with Beats Antique, Lettuce, Tauk , Voodoo Visionary, MZG and Sidetrakd. The festival had an extensively curated vendor village, incredible cirque performances, and a variety of artists. The 2019 festival is set to blow all expectations out of the water with the new location, addition of a full day of music, and camping packages will now be available as well.
Brainquility has moved from Safety Harbor, Florida all the way up to Live Oak, Florida and the change comes with expansions that have returning attendees on the edge of their seats with excitement. The festival has now expanded to include two full days of music and interactive art. The option for camping is now also available for attendees who wish to immerse themselves in the Florida sun for the weekend. Spirit of Suwannee Music Park also allows attendees to tack on some additional days of camping for a small fee. Spirit of Suwannee Music Park hosts several festivals throughout the year including Suwannee Hulaween, The Purple Hatters Ball, and Wanee Festival so the change in venue will be backed by a team of professionals that coordinate and organize some of the most beautiful festivals the music scene has to offer. Though the change in venue takes the stages away from an actual beach, the vibes will be nothing short of funky as attendees lounge under the spanish moss at the amphitheater.
The Brainquility 2019 lineup has released the first phase and they will once again be hosting some of the most influential names in electronic and funk music. This year Brainquility is set to see Opiuo headlining on Saturday and Lotus will be closing out on Sunday. Opiuo will be kicking off the weekend with his experimental wonky bass vibes that touch on acid jazz, electronica then Lotus will send attendees into some funky grooves with their infamous jam band vibes. Lotus has championed the festival scene for the last two decades so their presence alone will have funky grooves radiated from the amphitheater stage. Alongside these two headlining acts that are set to keep the good vibes rolling all weekend, the lineup also has the master of the loop pedal Zach Deputy, the doctor of beats Mr. Flamingosis and also the experimental talents of the live band Space Kadet. Brainquility is set to see over twenty artists play across two days in 2019 and they are delivering some of the most diverse artists that funk music has to offer.
Brainquility 2019 tickets are now available at $135 for General Admission and $215 for VIP. General Admission tickets include entry into the festival as well as camping. If attendees wish to bring their cars into the campgrounds, car passes will be available for a small additional fee. VIP Packages for Brainquility include an official Brainquility 2019 laminate, an official event poster and access to VIP viewing and bathrooms. VIP ticket holders also have the option to bring a golf cart for a $230 trail fee or rent a cabin for the weekend for around $500. As always, Spirit of Suwannee Music Park will also allow for early entry by purchasing one of their early arrival packages with your ticket.
