The Feel Nothing Tour with The Plot in You, Like Moths to Flames, Dayseeker, Limbs and Fault Lines

ConcertHopper was on hand for the Atlanta stop of the Feel Nothing tour at the Masquerade (Hell). This tour featured The Plot in You, Like Moths to Flames, Dayseeker, Limbs, and Fault Lines. Below are our thoughts on the show as well as photos from the event.

Fault Lines were the local opener, hailing from Chattanooga, Tennessee. The local boys did not disappoint as they pounded out heavy guitar riffs and great songs that had the crowd commenting how awesome they were at the end of their set. They also stayed and hung out with everyone and enjoyed the show themselves.

Next up was Florida-based band, Limbs. Even before the set the guys on stage showed an energy that got the crowd buzzing and it didn’t stop through the whole set. Musically the band crushed it but what may have stolen the show was their own stage passion and antics. The setlist had it all. Of course there was headbanging and movement on stage but there was also a spontaneous, mid-song game of rock, paper, scissors. And for the second time in a row seeing a show at Hell, a bass player took his axe out into the crowd to mosh mid song.

Dayseeker hit the stage next. This band put on a great performance and their songs were full of meaning and very personal content. At one point the crowd was asked to pull out any cell phones with flashlights or lighters for a song about the singer, Rory Rodriguez’s father who suffers from Parkinson’s disease. The crowd was excited throughout and they embraced the roller coaster of emotions that the set took you on.

Like Moths to Flames were the next band to take the stage and the excitement from the crowd was palpable. The group provided another high energy set with tons of crowd interaction. Fans were crowdsurfing, the vocalist was down on the railing singing with fans and even interacting with the photographers. It was a killer live set and afterwards the band hung out with fans and took in The Plot in You’s  set from the crowd.

Finally it was time for the headliner, The Plot in You. Even before the band took the stage there were chants from the crowd. The band took the stage, complete with their own lighting set up which made for a very atmospheric setlist. As the lighting set the mood and the melodic tone of vocalist Landon Tewers fell over the crowd, everyone went wild. There were professions of love from the crowd and plenty of crowd surfing culminating in the final song, the tour’s name sake, Feel Nothing.

All summed up it was an incredible show and it’s only about half way done so there’s still time for you to get out and catch the tour.
