On the night of October 29,2020, strange happenings began to arise across Instagram. The accounts for The Longshot and The Coverups, two projects that Billie Joe Armstrong works on, were hacked. The accounts temporarily uploaded a gif of the logo for The Church of Lushotology. It seems that Wihelm Fink from The Network attempted to reach beyond the interstellar crossroads and communicate with the present-day society through hacking into Billie Joe Armstrong’s phone and attempting to take over his social media accounts.
